Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Lemon Juice Powder
- ½ cup almond flour
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- 4 egg whites
- ½ cup melted butter
Instructions
1. Mix almond flour, powdered sugar, flour, and Lemon Juice Powder.
2. Add egg whites and melted butter.
3. Stir until smooth.
4. Pour into small financier molds.
5. Bake until golden around the edges.
