Lemon Meringue Cookies

Ingredients
- 4 tbsp Lemon Juice Powder
- 2 cups strawberry puree
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup applesauce
Instructions
1. Beat egg whites until soft peaks form.
2. Gradually add sugar and continue beating until glossy.
3. Fold in Lemon Juice Powder and cornstarch.
4. Pipe small rounds onto a baking tray.
5. Bake at a low temperature until crisp.
